Why didn’t my payment go through?Updated 6 hours ago

If your payment was declined, here are a few things to check:

1. Was your order placed?

  • Look for an order confirmation email (don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder).

  • If you have an account, log in and check your “Orders.”

  • If there’s no confirmation or order listed, the payment likely didn’t process.

2. If the payment failed:

  • Double-check your card details were entered correctly.

  • Some banks may block certain transactions—contact your bank to approve the payment and try again.

  • You can also try checking out with PayPal. This often works if your card is declined directly.

3. Still having trouble?
If payments are still failing, try the following:

  • Switch to a different browser

  • Clear your cache and cookies

  • Disable browser extensions
