I just placed an order and my delivery address is wrong — what should I do?Updated 7 hours ago

If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately.

We cannot make major changes to addresses once an order is confirmed. In most cases, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again with the correct details. Acting quickly is key, otherwise your package could be delivered to the wrong location.


If the mistake came from PayPal

PayPal can sometimes auto-fill an old address you’ve saved — which might send your order to the wrong place. To prevent that, it’s a good idea to check and update your PayPal address before you check out.

How to Update Your PayPal Address:

  1. Go to paypal.com and log in.

  2. Click the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right).

  3. Scroll to the “Addresses” section.

  4. From here you can:

    • Edit or remove any outdated addresses

    • Add a new address using “+ Add”

    • Click Set as primary to make the new address your default

Done! PayPal will now use your updated address by default at checkout.

Friendly reminder: Always double-check your shipping address on the final checkout page, even after updating PayPal — especially when using fast payment options like PayPal.


If you typed the wrong address manually

If the error was simply a typo or the wrong details entered at checkout, please contact us straight away so we can cancel your order before it's posted. Once cancelled, you can place a new order with the correct information.

Important: Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot make changes or redirect the delivery address.
