Why is shipping being charged even though my order is over $50?Updated 3 hours ago
Most orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping, but there are a few exceptions based on your delivery location and the items in your cart.
Some areas fall into what Australia Post classifies as remote or on-forwarding zones, which attract additional charges due to distance or extra handling requirements. Similarly, heavy or bulky items might not be covered by our free shipping offer. In these cases, postage costs will be shown at checkout.
Postcodes that commonly incur remote shipping fees include:
Northern Territory: 0822–0899
Remote Western Australia: 6720–6798
Far North Queensland: 4871–4895 (e.g. Cape York, Torres Strait)
Remote islands: Lord Howe Island (2898), Norfolk Island (2899)
Our system automatically checks your postcode and calculates the correct shipping rate. We regularly update our shipping zones, but if you believe your address should qualify for free shipping and you're being charged, feel free to reach out — we're happy to take a look.
If your address isn't considered remote and your order meets the minimum spend, free shipping will be applied automatically.
